As an Enterprise Applications Manager, I was responsible for the day to day operational support of all McKesson based clinical and financial applications, as well as a number of legacy systems at PeaceHealth Southwest. I managed several large scale system upgrades and implementations, acted as a project manager for many smaller scale projects, and played a key role in the development and implementation of a system wide application portfolio. I also directed a support transition plan in preparation for our transition to EPIC, as well as developing an archive and retirement strategy for our McKesson applications. I also spearheaded an initiative to establish an 85% reduction in clinical system downtimes.

I returned to PeaceHealth in February 2019 as a Program/Project Management consultant to perform an enterprise paging and mobile device assessment, reporting directly to the CIO.. This program was initiated to help PeaceHealth gain a better understanding of how paging communications were incorporated into current state clinical and operational workflows. The specific focus of this effort was based on the utilization of pagers and cell phones to facilitate paging communications. A full needs assessment and current state analysis was performed to provide details about the source, purpose, delivery method, and recipients of paging communications, as well as tracking and auditing mobile device asset inventories. During this analysis, over $50K of cost saving measures were immediately initiated, along with the development of a plan to realize another $60K in cost savings.

As a senior consultant through Innovative Consulting Group, I was contracted with Loma Linda University Health as a Solutions Analyst from June 2016-March 2018. Positioned in the Strategic Program Management Office, I assisted with comprehensive evaluations of new proposed solutions, providing in-depth analysis of business requirements, technical requirements, application services, and financial considerations. I was selected to provide guidance in the implementation of ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management, leading training efforts in the area of Demand Management. I also facilitated process improvement initiatives by developing and championing key solutions "discovery" processes for technical review, security/compliance review, and contract and legal review. A strong proponent of collaboration and accountability, I championed cross-functional team relationships, and developed strong, repeatable processes by defining process activities, roles, and responsibilities. I am also a strong advocate and a participant in governance processes to ensure high stakeholder visibility while providing a comprehensive analysis of proposed initiatives to evaluate and prioritize work efforts.

I was also positioned with the Infrastructure group evaluating new infrastructure solutions, as well as leading project initiatives for a new physician dictation system, support for a state of the art incident command mobile telemedicine unit, implementation of a upgraded Security Radio Console, and end to end monitoring of IVF lab systems. I also developed a program for a 2003 server remediation initiative, identifying dozens of project efforts for server decommissioning and application upgrades required to move servers to supportable platforms.

A client of TIIT Consulting, CustomSoftwareNW engaged my services to develop and launch a customer engagement initiative. The primary objectives were to ensure customer business needs were being met with current products, determine requirements for additional functionality, and present options for available upgrades. We are currently working  to develop ongoing customer engagement strategies, discuss potential service offerings including product hosting, and maximizing revenue and value opportunities. I am also partnered with CSNW to provide affordable custom software solutions for small to midsize businesses , with a specialization in accounting, work order and invoice management, and much more.
