I am ITIL Foundation V3 Certified and continue to progress towards additional ITIL certifications. I am also currently enrolled at the University of the People where I am studying for my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, where I am currently on the President’s List for academic excellence. I also serve as a Student Ambassador. As a student ambassador, I help with raising awareness about the educational opportunities the university provides, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to students around the world.

I have gained invaluable experience in a progressive IT career that provided the skills and knowledge to successfully evaluate, develop, implement and manage complex IT solutions. I provide strategic vision and guidance to IT and business operations with a focus on alignment, ITIL best practices, and comprehensive IT Service Management.

Bridging the gap between IT solutions and business needs is of paramount importance to reach your business goals, and can only be achieved through successful collaborative efforts between business owners, senior leadership, resource teams, stakeholders, and customers.
